Terms and conditions:
Advanced reservations are required on all trips.
A deposit in cash, check or credit card for 1/3 of the total amount of the charter is required to reserve a booking on Captain John. A credit card is required for a booking on Prime Time, Kathleen D and Mum Runner; the total price of the charter is "authorized" but not charged to the credit card. Actual payment may be made by cash, check or credit card the day of the sail. We accept most major credit cards. A 4% service charge will be added to the cost if a credit card is used.
Cancellation Policy:
Charter Sails LLC, Idylwild Enterprises LLC, Classic Boat Rides, LLC and CJFC, LLC (collective referred to as "we"/"us") at their sole discretion, my cancel a charter due to inclement weather conditions, equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If a charter is canceled by us, we will make best efforts to reschedule the cruise under the same terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any loss incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation except for the fees paid to us.
If the customer cancels the reservation for any reason you will be charged the full amount of the charter on Prime Time, Kathleen D and Mum Runner and receive a credit for a future charter. On Captain John you will forfeit your deposit but we will make very attempt to re-schedule the canceled date; if we are successful in booking the date, customer will be receive a full refund.
